📦 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays
  • During busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer—but we always do our best to get your order out quickly

  • We ship all orders using USPS
  • Shipping labels are purchased through Pirate Ship to ensure the best rates and reliable service
  • Every order includes tracking, which will be emailed to you once your package ships

  • Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $60
  • Orders $59.99 and under ship for a flat rate of $8.00

🇺🇸 Shipping Area

  • We currently ship within the United States only
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping

  • Local pickup is available
  • If you choose this option at checkout, we’ll contact you with pickup details once your order is ready

📬 Delivery Times

  • Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by USPS
  • While most packages arrive on time, delays can occasionally happen and are outside of our control

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find your package:

  • First, check around your home, mailbox, and with neighbors
  • Then, contact your local USPS office for more information

If you still need help, please reach out to us—we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim with USPS.

While we can’t guarantee replacements for packages marked as delivered, we’ll always do our best to help you figure out what happened.

⚠️ Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it

📦 Returned Packages

If your order is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect address
  • Delivery failure
  • Refusal of delivery

You may be responsible for additional shipping costs to have it resent.
