Return & Refund Policy

At Rustling Water Goat Milk Soap, every item is handmade in small batches and carefully packaged with love. Because of the personal care nature of our products, we have a few important guidelines below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in new condition
Items must be returned in their original packaging

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Items that have been opened or used
Personal preference (such as scent, color, or texture)
Gift cards (these are non-returnable and non-refundable)

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged), we will cover return shipping
If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is:

Damaged
Defective
Or you received the wrong item

We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged.
