When will you ship my order?
Typically within 3 days.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically take 4-10 business days to arrive once shipped. Tracking will be provided by email once your order's shipping labels are printed.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are $8.00 flat rate on orders $59.99 and under. Orders over $60.00 will ship for free.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not. We only ship within the USA.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
Start with the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your local post office. Still no luck? Email us at dinah@rustlingwatergoatmilksoap.com and we will sort it out.
Our Products
Is your soap safe for sensitive skin?
Our soaps are made with olive oil, coconut oil, palm oil and/or beef tallow, goat milk, lye, sunflower oil, scent, colorant, and free of sulfates and parabens. Most people with sensitive skin do well with our products. If you have a known allergy to any ingredient, check the full ingredient list on each product page. When in doubt, start with our unscented bar.
Are your products natural, vegan, or cruelty-free?
The majority of our soaps are made with beef tallow. It is used to create a highly moisturizing bar that deeply nourishes skin with vitamins A, D, E, and K. We do sell a few soaps made using palm oil instead of beef tallow.
How long does handmade soap last?
Unopened, our soaps keep well for 12-24 months (1-2 years). Once you start using a bar, it'll last 3-5 weeks depending on the original size of bar with daily use. For longest life, let your bar dry out between uses and store it on a draining soap dish.
Why does each bar look a little different?
Every bar is made by hand in small batches, so slight variations in color, swirl pattern, and size are completely normal — and a sign that a real person made your soap. The ingredients and quality are consistent batch to batch.
Orders & Returns
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start processing orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible. Email us at dinah@rustlingwatergoatmilksoap.com as soon as you can and we'll do our best. Once an order has shipped, we can't make changes to it.
What's your return policy?
Because our products are personal care items, we don't accept returns on opened or used bars. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, email us within 10 days of delivery and we'll make it right. We stand behind what we make.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry — that shouldn't happen. Email us at dinah@rustlingwatergoatmilksoap.com within10 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement right away.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Tax amounts (if any) are based on your shipping location and vary by county and state. Our website automatically calculates sales tax when you enter a shipping location.
When will I be charged?
Your account will be charged within 24 hours of completing checkout.
How can I check my order status?
In the top right corner of our website, click the person icon then "Sign In" or "Register", then enter your email to receive a login link. Once logged in, navigate to the "Orders" or "Order History" section to view your order details. If you have any issues, please contact our customer support team with your order number for assistance.
How do I track an order?
After your shipping label has been printed, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information. You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking "Order History" in the "My Accounts" links section. Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number.

We're based in Nehawka, Nebraska. We don't have a retail storefront, but you can shop online anytime or reach out to say hello.
Do you sell at local markets or events?
Yes — you can find us at various markets throughout the year. The best way to catch us in person is to follow along on Instagram, Facebook or join our email list.
Do you offer wholesale or custom orders?
Yes, we work with small boutiques, gift shops and beauty salons — reach out at dinah@rustlingwatergoatmilksoap.com to talk minimums and pricing. We don't currently offer wholesale, but we do take custom orders. Contact us to chat about what you have in mind
